Congratulations Washington School & Glenwood Odyssey of the Mind Teams!

34 students from Glenwood & Washington Schools traveled to Iowa State University May 22-26 for the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals competition. With 837 teams competing from 33 states and 14 countries, these 5 local teams represented the best elementary school teams in New Jersey.

The teams spent nine months building props, creating and rehearsing an original team-written skit to present as their solution to their problem.  Besides taking a tremendous amount of effort from team members and coaches, it’s also an incredible learning and bonding experience for all team members and parents.
